Any Cancellation from your side will attract cancellation charges: http://bmcindia.org/cancellation-policy.html. Email us at support@bmcadventures.com along with appropriate subject.
- If you have made online transfer, refund will be credited to your respective bank/card account.
- If you have made bank transfer or cheque deposit or by cash, please email your account details and we will have cheque deposited in your bank account.
- We also allow you to transfer your booking to somebody else. A quick FB post among your friends could be a great help, to transfer your ticket to someone without loosing money.
- Not all the time, but in very few cases if our calculation allows we can accept your cancellation with less or no penalty of cancellation charges by retaining the money as a balance with us for future event.
